Craft Paper...WHAT!
Yep here's another card that I made to meet the challenge at Squigglefly. Take a look at their challenge blog and I'm sure you'll be inspired. I chose to make it simple. The paper really helps the bird pop and I love the blue and brown together.
Have a great week and don't forget your 'Daily Twitter'!
Kraftastic!
Did you ever wonder what to do with that blah brown craft paper you get lots of? Well at Squigglefly the challenge this week was to use that brown paper to create a one of a kind card. And boy did the design team step up to the challenge. Take a look at the challenge blog and see what ideas you get! I used the image titled 'Whimsy Town'. I made an easel card and colored it using Copic markers and boy was it a challenge. I'm getting ready for eye surgery in two weeks and I can hardly see the big stuff let alone the details. Anyway, then I added a couple of details (check out the cute little birds and the cat in the image)and a coordinating ribbon. Now wouldn't you like to get a cute card from a neighbor and maybe a loaf of home baked bread? OK so I didn't bake the bread yet!
Happy crafting!

Sentimental Sundays!
This card was created with "Him" in mind. The challenge over at Sentimental Sundays is to make a card for a man. There's only one in my life and he's been around for 36 years. He's my friend and only love and he's a truck driver. So this card seemed to fit the bill. The image is from Squigglefly and is entitled 'Dump Truck'...duh!
Check out the challenge at Sentimental Sundays.
Thanks for looking!
Stamptacular!
Created for the weekly challenge at Stamptacular Sunday for their “ANIMAL ANTICS!” I used an image called Cat Hug. Then I colored it with Copic markers and added a computer generated sentiment. We can all use a hug every now and then!

Heavy Metal Challenge
This card was created for the "Heavy Metal Challenge" at Squigglefly. The idea was to use metal of some kind on your card. I chose the image and sentiment called "Fintastic Friend" from Squigglefly. Colored it with Copic markers and pastel pencils. Added 'Glossy Accents' to the fish and used blue metal brads for the air bubbles in the fish bowl.
And now that it's done I know just the friend to send it to!
